I think swaps are great, but I think that if a car is unmodified / stock then it should be left that way to preserve the legacy.

It is interesting that most of us believe our cars to be worth 2x … and most buyer look and say 0.5x. if you had a good engine swap and more miles (few miles are worse than many in my experience) it might be worth it to some of us at that price.

IMHO, it would pay you to take care of all the little details. Especially the A/C. If you're asking "top dollar", you should do all you can to make it "top shelf".
The headliner and the cracked paint I could live with for a while. But my old, fat azz requires working A/C.

Pictures of the trunk sides are always welcome, as that's frequently where rust first appears, many times. If you don't take pics of that, it will be one of the first things a savvy buyer will look at. (So don't be surprised when they pull the sides of the trunk carpet back. It's harmless, and almost universally expected, among the community.)
From the pics in your ad, I don't see much rust at all, except for the clutch line.

I hope you don't mind the constructive criticism.

It doesn't make any more sense, the second time.

I don't mind the feedback at all. I appreciate it. Depending on what happens with the car, I may get some of those items fixed and the re-list it.

Don't forget pics of the inside of the trunk.
