What kind of re-conditioning do you do if the foam along the top of the armrest is starting to break down?

I can do them in White Vinyl or Leather. Just to let everyone know, there are several other colors of the Carbon Fiber and I can come very close to the Grey, Tan and Beechwood colors used on the armrests, both in Vinyl and Leather. The cost of the vinyl one's are still $55 and Black Leather is $160, The other colors in Leather will run $175. I have two interested in Black leather, but no payment's so far.
