Quick question, I'm new to spherical bearings. Do these need periodic lubrication?

I use Teflon lined bearings that do not require periodic lubrication.
I do not yet have a good estimate of the mileage life span of the bearings, but they are much easier to replace than the original rubber bushings.
Installation of the shells requires welding.

Edit: I added you to the list.

Nice! This is getting to be a good batch. I just wrapped up a project that was consuming my weekends, so I'll jump on this next. I need a set for The Mule as well.
