Heard from John today Wish him luck as he heads out for yet another deployment!! Everyone should know what he did for a fellow Pilot, The fella has a young family with a even younger child and John Volunteered to take his place so he could stay home with his family. Bravo buddy!! John you have been waiting a long ass time to see this..... It's time to reveal the interior  Don't pay attention to the steering wheel we have a gt one for it just not installed yet.
Cover under dash not on yet I have to wire in a switch for fog lights
Oops forgot to put the lenses in Ill do that in a bit...
Temp seat covers till you can get the MR Mikes ones It would be cool if MR MIKE would donate some................
Nose is fixed just need to put fog lights back in and wire them
Looks good so far but now for the bad......
We need to respray the mirrors and the left rear quarter panel again as more blisters in the gel coat on the wide hip popped out again. We will be able to fix them pretty quick tho as they are not as bad as the others were Still annoying tho we want this thing done!!!!! Far as the rest things left : install big brakes I will prob do that this weekend, get hardware to final install rockers and fender bottoms, drill hols for clips for front wheel well liners when I have the tires off for the brakes and then detailing till it goes back to Mark to get the paint fixed again. Once at Marks the beltline trim will go on, the wing and that's it pretty much done except new wheels and a alignment. I polished the whole car Wednesday it looks nice so far! Oh I need to go buy a tube of trim glue too the windshield trim is being a stinker so I need to reglue it back down if I dont just go get a new one this one seems to be oily causing adhesion problems with the glue.

Wow, I am sorry to see so many fiberglass issues! Just when you think it is painted and done, tons more sanding and doing it all over again.........
Did Dean make that front bumper?
Great progress with the interior, it's really looking sharp!

Ya it's been a long haul with Johns constant deployments and very sparse funding. it has been a really slow project, getting close tho the light is def there at the end of the tunnel ahead.[This message has been edited by jetsnvettes2000 (edited 11-29-2016).]
