Make sure you check your trannie's oil level again now that you have it running and fix that left side exhaust tip so it doesn't drag.

i have the exhaust up with hangars for now so no more scraping
im going to bring the GT to school tuesday next week so i can work out all the little bugs, change the brake lines etc..
i still have to rev it a bit before itll go into gear... any ideas?

Just be very gentle with it until you get it figured out. That having to rev it could be causing some clutch slippage and it may be slipping some while in gear. Definitely change the filter if you haven't already and check the fluid daily and see if it smells burnt.
