Finished sanding the hood and rockers today. All that is left is scuff up the trim now and mirrors. I also filled the hole for the antenna so it will need a bit of refinishing around that area before paint but Mark can handle that little bit I think. So, John..... Send me the Antenna you want, I will need eventually some wheels and silly little stuff I think I am going to leave for you to do. One thing I would do right away is make a front end cage under the nose with rollers like troys to keep it from getting busted up if you bottom out.

I've been in one that looked almost exactly like that. The one difference I can remember was it had the black soft top not the hard top like that one.

Started bolting stuff on to get ready to move it to Marks for paint. Doh.... nicked the hood front edge on a screw! Mark please remind me to replace the stock bumper screws with some pan head screws so if it rubs again it wont dig into the hood!
This is all temporary as Mark will remove it all again to paint it. So, nothing is shimmed it is just on for transport.

What size are the screws that hold the rear decklid lock metal cage? I think they look like a 8-32 I might want to make them 10-32's since the holes are not all that fresh anymore. [This message has been edited by jetsnvettes2000 (edited 09-12-2015).]
