Thanks for the kudos fellas, its been a friggin journey for sure! Yeah quad rounds up front. When I get there, may be soon- lights are coming up. Was reorganizing some stuff in the way back and found some of the grille material, got to it

Installed the door handles- Vacuumed the inside and cleaned it up good, looks like a car. Painted the trim

Trimmed the wheelwells a bit more, see the tire rub

Been amassing the ryobi 40v tools, used the blower to clear out the 3 feet of dust in the front compartment. Got rid of leftover garbage and junk. Started attacking the airbag system leaks w soapy water, found a ton at the combo manifold. Found some bad grounds on it too, thing works like a champ now. Was looking at different models to swap it out with. Welding buddys coming this weekend for a party and plan the work on his car. He needs electrical work at his place so he can do jobs at home for my buddy with the shop. All trades work for work.

Went at it again today. Started off hunting air suspension leaks, found a few more that crept up since last time. Did some trimming on the upper control arms and re routing the front lines better. Broke a hole in an airbrake fitting, its brass so I soldered it up real quick. Suspension held air the whole day, still holding right now. Theres a wee bit o loss, 20 lbs over 10 hours. Enough to get me thru the day.
Then I went at the lights, rear first. Took my time and depinned the connecters. These old ferrari are well worn, sanded all the contacts down, and fixed a few wire ends. Got everything working but brake lights in the rear(and reverse but who cares). Cant find the harness for the headlight switch anywheres but did install the headlights. Found the wire for the side marker lights, both fronts power on but dont flash. Ill dig into that later. Im outta wire currently. Bummer. Made a hd run for the rear vent screws too. Yay. Looks better. Got em spaced evenly. Mostly.

Put the roof on some blocks and screwed down the quarter panels and quarter windows. Had to hog out the inside corner to get the roof sitting better around the ps window

I saw a lumber rack the other day

Went for a bike ride this mornin, saw this sitting at the curb w the charger inside and wires hanging out. Score!
Just needed a battery! Things hella fast! For a kids car, almost gets the wind moving your hair. I can ride in it lol! Now my kids girlfriends have something girly to drive. Subs work too lol
Peeled the cover off the headlight lenses, just the top. Looks much better, I didnt mind the white, it made the shape stand out
Then I painted the edges black, about .75. I really like the 1994 f40lm w the blacked out lenses. Need to paint the back window too(need to get a new back window lol), but pretty much good to go minus the rear wing.
Wanting my kid to take advantage of the yuuge backyard we have, I ordered a brand name playset from walmart. Walmart sells them cheaper than the mfg! lol Showed up box after box week after week. Found instructions online and assembled the beam, legs and swingset, and had it hanging on the rear shed so my kid could use it. # weeks later still no more boxes. Went to home depot and made my own. Good thing because I had my important tools there, my truck was stolen that night. Had it done in one day, already ordered the swings and seesaw from ebay. 2 days later im in the lil toyota going to do a dump run and I see a huge double slide. Went and loaded the truck at the job, went back and threw the slide on top. Didnt have any straps or anything but it was heavy and had a lot of water in it. Bigger than the bed on the toyota lol, I drove home slow

Installed the headlight covers today and wow what a change for the front end. Pix dont do it justice looks so good in person its crazy. Its coming together nicely. Dug that cheapo ebay lip spoiler out, tried it on the car again, still didnt like it. When I put the two together I kinda like it. Looks wonky like the car.

Welding buddy came over and we got a game plan for the wing. Im going to do it myself at the shop lol
Lol its a freaking warzone outside! Nah just an overabundance of fireworks as usual. They get trucked in from outta state. They have a "special task force" this year to hand out $500 dollar tickets to anyone with any kind of firework. Everyone has fireworks going off. Big giant ones, tons of em. Happy independence day folks!

I appreciate the support buddy, every comment helps! Played around w the front spoiler a bit trying different things in different places. Wound up just using the center vent from the old one and the new plastic one but I cut the lower lip in half and will add another piece underneath so it kinda looks like it has vents. Then to fab up a quick install/release system, hood will never open with it on.

Made a center console test outta a laminate flooring lol, and wrapped it w some leftover pleather

For you andreww and dobie1

Some of the fireworks from the udder day

Camera wants to sit there and adjust so it was hard to get pics
Got a boatload of tinsel coming for the car this and next week! Not really just a few things- front tow hook, rear tow hook, shift knob, linear actuators for the boot, pads for me new buffer, and the support rods for the front air splitter. Gonna pass on the muttonchops, they look funny on the front of any car.

Over a year ago I picked up a polishing kit from hd that user randye recommended to someone else in some random ot thread. Could never get the compound to get onto the buff. Tried again one evening in the garage using tons of pressure and it kinda worked. I think the bars are super dry even though theyre shrink wrapped. They leave a ton of residue thats hard to remove, but it soak the buff w a lil goof off solvent and it buffs way better and cleans the dried compound off. The white made a yuuge diff right away, so the other day I went to town, what a difference

 Crazy shine! I luv it!
Painted the black surround on the back winduh, and got mosta the bolts in

Tinseltown deliveries showed up, some of em. Whats behind door #1 Johnny?
A drill hanging out the back of your car! Just kidding a faux hook!

Door #2? Linear actuators! yay!
With 95% synchronization! Outstanding! My days of liftin that heavy sumbiotch are numbered!
Pads for the new buffer showed up today!
Heres the playhouse I made

What Ive been working on- That razor bike I got for $30
Now has an 1800 watt brushless motor, esc, throttle, and a 48v 20ah lithium battery. Roasts the back tire at any speed, awesome for drifts, 1 hr ride time
The razor scooter I got for free
Put in the 500 watt motor from the bike and a 36v 10ah lithium battery. Geared it up for higher top speed, gets sideways on wet pavement
Bayou got a new slug and jug, rings gaskets

Always busy

Thanks Bob! Its definitely getting close. Glad to see you are working on your ride as well, that things gonna be schweet!
Scooper duper! Didnt know what I liked so I just started building it, little hyah, little nyah

Had a wee bit o cloth and mat, got laid

Finally got on that engine bay support
Its a piece of moms bed lol Ikea label still on it
Hit hd for some mat and cloth, burned thru all the cloth and mostaduh mat. Part of the spoiler started to pull, so I pulled it, and its all fb except for the outer edge of the intake vent thats the chunk o aluminium

Found a huge wop in the front lip, woulda never seent it without the spoiler

Muttonchops?! Nay I say
They just look funny to me
So I didnt really like the rudder on the ends of the spoiler, but I made molds of them to place them at the rear of the front edge side area space.

Then filled in the center section w several layers
Used foil tape to hold edges and corners
Been ages since I used the booger and snot cans, took a bit to find em. Trusty old belt sander showed up outta nowhere

Not sold on the lower wood section yet, will need more fiddlin to decide
Started bending a frame for the ds door vent to show the welding guy when we pow wow at tomorrows parlay
