Amazing work Fieromaniac, only minor issue is the alignment of the LEDs. Are they glued in already?

i used hot glue to fix them a little and for better allignment
i tried to allign them when not online but its very hard so i allign them now and fix their position than. (using a hair dryer)
maybe i need to modify the heads of the LED too as you see in the pic from directly infront they are really bright in centre maybe too bright. ------------------
