Did a little work on the hood.

By using the foam for fill and glassing I'm not adding any extra weight. Body parts are still light. Keeping my fingers crossed Gianina promised to help work on it tomorrow.

A lot of sanding and filling.

Looking good and glad to see your still progressing with it (hard when life gets in the way). What body filler do you like to use? It's time for me to use a little filler on my parts and I'm going nuts trying to decide which to use. Anu how great work, very inspiring. Ray

I like the products pictured. We all have our favorite products. I have just had good luck with these. I have tried some more expensive products and not liked them and always go back to the pictured. One thing about major projects is keeping the spirit going. I have my good days as well as the bad we are all the same just trying to make it in life and we all get hit with curve balls.

thanks,

Thanks for the input, I've heard great things about the feather fill G2. It's special order everywhere I call around here. Do you find that a gallon goes a long way or not ? Ray

Yes, but I use only were I need it.
I did some work on the front and underside of the hood today. My helper bailed on me to do her hair.

She did make time to go with me to look at this

You have some really good looking lines on this design. I'm also watching your build carefully because you seem to be building it the way I work, which is rough and piecemeal, and then refining it later.
I've been struggling with how I'd make the hood look more vertical, since the Fiero hood is so flat and horizontal. Your front clip does this very well, especially with the 45 degree line off the front of the wheel well.
