Oh no! I've been looking in on your build and now you tell us it will be years before you get back on it. I'm a big admirer of your work.

Thanks, guys. Just blame it on HOAs and city life. With all going well we should be there three or four years.

that is why i despise HOAs and will never move into a neighborhood that has one.

We hate them also. LS4 is not for sale unless car goes.

We still have the shop in South Texas to keep what we need to store.

Go back to page four, he was bored so he put this together.

Not the whole story, obviously, but I really like his work. It's a cool truck. I really hope to see the T-chop finished some day...[This message has been edited by 1988holleyformula (edited 05-26-2012).]

I did put the 8.8 posi in it last year. I was getting ready for the 302 six speed swap that was planned for it.

I had a little time today so I made two more fender skins. I will mold them on to get me out to were I need to be. I will have to be in San Antonio this week but hope to have a little time to fit them next weekend. I will keep working on it as I can.

Gianina and I dug out some old molds from some GT side windows I made a few years ago. I'm thinking of making them and cutting to fit the notchie. If I mold them in I could have an emblem on each hole needed to put the bolts in for the rear clip. I have always done my own paint but Gianina and I got to thinking if we have the body close if we take the car to a body shop to paint it should be there a while and would buy some time from storage. We could do the same with the engine with the place in San Antonio building the harness they might let us take the car and they build it in the car. It would be a better fit that way also and might add some more time out of storrage also and keep the build going. Even with the HOA we should be able to do the interior in the garage.
