Madcurl's Arch Rival !! (Page 295/315)

The shop was busy this week so not much was done on #020. However, I decided to get a visual for myself today. I mounted the Camero vents on the flipper to see the impact the parts would have on the hood. The little black insert piece isn't painted, but you get the idea.

The shop was running behind on the project so I decided to mount the front grill for visuals.

F360's:

The F360 really bring out the wideness of the MadArch wide body. A improvement over the stock side mirrors.

Please take the time to adjust the drivers side exhaust upward so it matches the passenger side - every pic I see I want to reach down and align it, but my arms won't reach from the East coast

Okay, the next time I hope too be at the shop I will.

The shop found the two brackets for the C6 headlights. We decided to pass on using the black C6 headlights thus change out when I gets some miles on the car. The black visually are better than the reds, but I didn't want to mess up a nice headlight so, I'll wait until I find one on Ebay.

The Funks Grove fix. In 2008 I was leaving V8Archie's in IL and there was construction work being done on the hwy. Apparently, there was a major height change in the road and that caused some damage to the passenger side of the C6 flipper, the headlight mounting point, and the HRE 547 front wheel. I was pissing, but in the end the last of the three issues was fixed. The shop in Tehachapi fixed the mounting point, Trends the fender lip, and New Wheel in Anaheim Ca fixed the HRE wheel. The cost for fixing the wheel was about $240 or so. I had them chrome the wheel too.

The front wheel is a 19x9 mounted on a 255/30/19 Sport Pilot. This this is a bit wider and has a protective lip (not much but better than the PZero tire).

The old PZero mounted on the work car.

I use the old 255/30/19 during the summer and it was a blast! I got some good use out of them, but now I'm down to the "wear mark" so they have to go.

The shop is finished wet sanding the chopper and are now polishing the car and late today the splash guards and front side markers go on! Meanwhile, I got the front right tire mounted and is ready to go.
