Hi, guys!

There was no post from me for long time, so I will post some pictures about things was done for past time.

I has modified stock wiring diagram of Fiero and add some fuses and relays.

Battery moved to the front compartment. But without spare wheel removal.



Made changes in ignition lock wiring.


Fuse and relay block and power harnesses.

There is more photos about past progress with Plazma.

Made new radiator bushing from rubber. ( I haven't original one)



Made radiator and fan housing insulation, for more effective cooling.

And here I has started front suspension modification:

As you can see I has cut off stock brake rotor.


Removed turning knuckle


And began the deal about conversion to shift from stock fiero lower ball joint to other one.


The trouble was in that's the new ball joint, that i wanted to use, have other tapered bore, than stock Fiero.
I hasn't find correct reamer tool on market, so my father has offered to manufacture it by ourself forces.

We made it from the conic shank of ball joint.




Hardening by fast cooling in oil.




Reamer tool is ready to use

Daniel, I couldn't help but notice that your car blew a shoe, lol ! I love the Plazma kit, keep plugin a way and come spring time maybe you will be driving around Russia in style.
