After sanding and checking for the fit i put it down in primer

Diffuser time. I made "ribs" from 1/4" plexi. Cut a slot into the diffuser and bonded it in. Smoothing it out with 1/2 rounds.......

Sanded and Primed. More work to do on, going to add a stabilizer across the middle and secure with turnbuckles later. Also didnt like the single exhaust tips so i swapped in the C6 corvette tips .
