Your interior sure has alot of wear-n-tear...that is surprising to see in custom cars which are usually well maintained.

This last week, we only got about 3 days on this car.

It was pretty much all about bodywork.

I know, bodywork is just about as exciting as Fiberglass flinging, but it's got to be done.

A couple of months ago, when we first started on working on this body, we bought a cheap Soda Blaster. Brought it to the shop & set it up. We wanted to use it to remove the multitude of cracks that were in the finish of this car. The Soda Blaster didn't work worth a xxxx. So we returned it & it's all about the handwork now.

So sanding filling, sanding & more filling was what it was about this week.

Here's some pics.

The exciting thing this week is that the door handles came in.

Seems like this thing could have a Lot more trunk space.
I can't wait to see it with the shoes!

It's hard to see in this pic but it has a second trunk that is removable. this is a plus becuase the main trunk will have the T tops in it when they are off.

As you can see from these pics, that were taken before we started on the car,

As you can see there is a fiberglass tray that sits in there. You can't really make it much deeper because of all the hardware beneath the tray.

You can also see that the tray has large radii at the corners &, with it installed, you can see down past the tray in the corners.
