now on the drivers side i didnt like on the passenger side how the top of the vent was square so i made it rounded on top and i think it flows much better.......then i moved to the passenger side and added glass to it to create the same "curve"------------------ http://i252.photobucket.com...ec/2007_12240001.jpg

I was really excited to finally put in the lights into the 512 bumper. What you dont see is the 9 hrs it took to get the fit right. Dont get me wrong, this is a great bumper. But the gaps around the lights i wasnt happy with and its much easier to fix them now. So walla !!------------------ http://i252.photobucket.com...ec/2007_12240001.jpg

ok...back to the rear again...now that i got some sanity back ! I wanted the valance to be curved so i got some 12" sonic tube and cut it to size. It creates a concave fit to the lower spoiler. I then glued wood to the inside to create depth to the mold....lots of tape, cutting and glueing to get it somewhat to shape.------------------ http://i252.photobucket.com...ec/2007_12240001.jpg

after pulling it out of the mold i glassed it to the car.....you'll also notice i cut the rear deck behind the light sockets. This will be glassed to the light pockets and the hatch will be seamed there. ------------------ http://i252.photobucket.com...ec/2007_12240001.jpg
