What material did you use for the spacers between the carb's and the modded intake?

The extra 12" is to accommodate the engine/transaxle which will be mounted longitudinally. Stay tuned.

OK then... when putting massive amounts of power into a stock Fiero setup, transmissions are notorious for breaking under high HP/TQ stresses. On the other hand, the porsche transaxle setup (which is built longitudially - front to back) is a proven high power setup. So in order to accomodate this kind of installation (N* + Porsche Transaxle), the chassis (specifically the engine-bay) must be stretched to fit.

Does that make a bit more sense then?

Woulden't useing a caddie or tornado tranny work better? Those things car built to take gobs of torque.

Hey, BubbaJoe - you should install expanded metal inside that rear extension, just above the engine. You could use it as a portable barbeque!

Just jokin.. Cool concept, looks like it's coming together nicely. Keep up the good work.
