I was going to use the door panels that come with the euro dash but they aren't my favorite so i'm open to suggestions. Something along the lines of carbon fiber would be great because that is what the later F40's had.

Hey Ferrobi, what type of material is the front bumbers' black air defuser made of? Plastic or figerglass? I know Norm makes the part so I'm guessing that it's made of figerglass? Enquiring minds would like to know, hehe.
Also: Does your car have this equipment on the front suspension?

Front air diffuser is fiberglass Suspension is stock and sucks compared to my 88 Formula. I want to do suspension/brakes when I swap engine for LS2. I have looked at HT Motorports stuff and until you mentioned it I had forgot about NAERC.

Lonely winter storage.

Ya know Ferrabi you could probably build this dash without using fiberglass, and instead use acrylic plastic, plywood, balsa, & bondo. I sketched the dash using photos from my Ferrari V8 book. The good thing about this dash is that it is not very complex in shape & detail. Foam is easy to carve but you would have to follow it up with a skin of glass & resin. Rob

My list of projects is HUGE - Home stuff, 308 re-build, business to run. So I'm just going to have to shell out some money for the Pisa dash.

You'll be happy with it - I installed their kit along with door panels in my 328. Not too tough to install, but definitely more than a simple one-afternoon job. Allow about 10 hours, give or take.

Amida - how about some custom carbon fiber door panels like this VERY exact F40 Replica. Do you do anything like this.

And the rest of Wolfgang Shultz's car at Carlisle '95

Real nice. Did he make his own interior? How many different door styles does the F40 have? This one is different from the one above. It appears to be screwed onto the door frame along the edges which will make things simpler.
