on a 88 fiero where is the ac power relay? and how do you check the hi speed blower relay and the blower reister? and where or they located

I don't know about the relay, but the resistor is located inside the front compartment (under the hood). Sorry I don't have a better picture, but look at this image where the red arrow is pointing. It's held on by two 7mm screws. You can remove and replace that. They sell brand new ones for cheap, so don't get caught up spending $70 for used ones. Also, if when you remove it you see leaves... take the opportunity to stick a vacuum in there and vacuum out everything that you can.
Also, there are two relays mounted directly between the silver canister (A/C dryer / accumulator) and the windshield washer tank. They're kind of hidden under the sunroof holder flap... but one of those two might have something to do with the fan?

One of the relays is the high speed fan relay (Brown/yellow/lt. blue/orange), the other is the A/C power relay
(brown/brown/pink/black) - it the one the lead to the washer pump comes off of....

yes that is right. But there is another in wireing diagram, it has yel, tan, org, lt blue. It is called blower resistors. where is this one? can you switch relays? as all have the same plug pattern?

Look at the picture I posted... that's the blower resistor... look where the arrow is pointing.
It's pointing to this:

The 3rd relay in the front hood is the Coolant Fan Relay

The A/C compressor control relay is located in the engine bay, left side of the firewall, outboard of the driver side hinge box beside the fuel pump relay.
