idk what its called but its those 2 vents on the trunk for the engine. I don't have any and need to buy 2. especially if I get my battery and intake hooked up. I don't want water on any of that stuff when it rains.

I also need a new windshield. mine is cracked quite badly.

also need those fake windows on the sides. mine are cracked

if you know where i can buy this stuff then please link me.

btw i am 16 so i wont be buying this stuff immediately until I'm able to get a job. I'm broke. just thought might as well find this stuff so i can start saving.

They are called deck lid vents. eBay is your friend. $200-$300 USD should get you a set. Buy the ones for your car. The ones for a GT are different than the ones for a Coupe. The vents for the ‘84 models are unique and getting rare.

Windshields are still available. Go to an auto glass business. Cost $300-$500 USD.

Quarter windows can be ordered from The Fiero Store. Depending on the type, Coupe or GT, the cost will be $160 - $400 USD.

The decklid vents don't keep water out of the engine bay, when it's raining, it just drips right through them, so they aren't too critical.

There's a couple of different kinds also... the ones for 1984 are solid panels (which you don't want if you have an 86), and then there are thin ones, and thick ones, which have different grills underneath them. You can pick either style you prefer. As Mike from Sydney said, make sure you get the ones for the coupe and not the GT.

A new windshield is hard to come by, but you'll need to call a couple of local windshield stores and they can source a replacement for you. They are making new ones in China, and they'll need to be ordered.

For the side windows, it depends on what you're looking for. 1984 are made of glass, and are much nicer than the 85-88 ones. They install just the same. The other years, you might be able to restore what you have. They sell acrylic replacements for the 85-88 ones (again, non-GT).

You can also go to http://www.fierostore.com and they have a bunch of stuff.

Best bet though for a lot of these things, is to shop around on eBay. For car parts... be very selective and learn to use www.rockauto.com. Keep track of what you're adding to the cart and make sure it has the little "truck" logo next to it (after you've added your first item). That means shipping will come from the same location. Older stuff that's on closeout is sometimes better than new reproduction stuff... simply because the closeout stuff might be higher quality parts that just aren't being made anymore.
