Stuck bolt in control arm (Page 1/1)

We got the engine and trans out, but this bolt is giving us a hard time. Its free spinning, but we think it's stuck in the bushing. We tried prying, lots of pb blaster, an air hammer, and heat. I'm wondering if anybody has any tips or tricks for this sort of scenario.
Cutting is gonna be an absolute last resort, cause she has to come off the frame.

And if anybody possibly knows where to find a frame for an 88 that'd be wonderful news. This one can be repaired, but I'd rather replace it. Its not in great shape.

I have 'pushed' stuck bolts out with a clamp.....

Put a deep socket over the bolt head and then clamp between the socket and the end of the bolt.

If you're lucky...

I had one like that. I ended is clamping the cradle vertical, then using a bar on a jack stand and then to the bolt that needed to come out. Taped everything in place to keep the bar from bouncing then when to town on it with a 2lb mini-sledge. Victory!

I had a similar experience, sounds like the bolt has seized to the sleeve of the bushing. In my case I "carefully" used a hack saw to cut through the bolt.

Patience, perseverance, and pain staking work but it has been done.
