need suggestions to repair rear roof t bolts (Page 1/1) amexjoe AUG 04, 07:43 AM two of the t bolts are unusable, both spin uncontrollably, no way to fasten the nuts. one is damaged from forceful removal of the nut. the other is not accepting a nut at all, the nut travels a couple of mm then jams. so, yikes !!! please jump in with your ideas for repair olejoedad AUG 04, 12:08 PM I cut the bolts and SMC cages out of an old broken roof and epoxied them into an otherwise good roof. 82-T/A [At Work] AUG 04, 08:03 PM Concur with Ole Joe... we used epoxy on one of the bolts as well. That's really your only option.
