Headlight Pivot Bolt Holes (Page 1/1) Brent7088 JUL 31, 04:05 PM When I went to reinstall the DS headlight, the pivot bolt holes cracked on each side. I tried the JB Weld which was a no-go. Would it be worth trying another repair using something else or simply replace the whole frame? Mike in Sydney JUL 31, 04:45 PM Pretty much unrepairable from personal experience. Maybe someone else has a solution but I suggest you find a new frame and when you install it, don’t tighten it so much.
