Hi everyone,
I have never tampered with the idle set screw and know that I shouldn’t. However I have a suspicion that the owner before me did so. If the cap is missing on it would that indicate that it has been tampered with? If so how would i fix it?

I'm pretty sure they're supposed to be a flathead, I don't know why this one is torx.
