i tried googling.someone in a newish challenger almost plowed into the back of me yesterday and then started screaming at me.i ignored him.it motivated me to check my lights.two on the left were much brighter.so i pulled them out.the po had changed two on the left to led and the rest were 2057s.so i put one led on each side.i plan to order more.one thing i noticed was only the four outer bulbs were brake/turn lights.the inner two are just tail lights.is there any reason i shouldn't make them all brake/turn signals lights?more brake lights should be better.btw im not talking about the backup lights which i put 50 watt halogen in.

I did that along with sequential turn signals like Mustangs, I used I think 2357 bulbs, which are incandescent but brighter than the 2057, all you need are the bulb sockets for a turn bulb, replace the 2 inners with those, and splice the brake wire into the nearest brake bulb.

i had to chamfer the sockets a bit before the led bulbs would work.they wouldn't go in far enough to turn.i robbed two sockets from a dead buick reatta.they work in the center three holes.
