I have an older post talking about how my car idles weird I finally got to take it for a drive recently and it almost feels like it's Miss frying between 1, 750-2000 rpm feels weak between 2000 and 3000 and then feels normal above 3,000 does anyone know what would cause that because I'm confused

I only suggest this because I had this issue last summer, are all your fuel injectors plugged in? I had one where the injector plug was on the injector, just not all the way down, gave it an interesting idle exhaust note, and I could distinctly feel that 6th cylinder not firing while accelerating at lower rpms, go, go, go, go, go, stop, etc. higher rpms smoothed it out a bit.

You know now you're making me think I took it to a shop recently for a manifold repair because I do not have the tools to do it myself and they did a pretty shoddy job putting it back together my center console was completely loose one of my exhaust tips was pointed down maybe they didn't plug in one of the injectors in all the way but that involves a lot of disassembly I would like to get a little more input and make sure that is the issue before I tear into it that much thank you for the input

Oh ok, I'm not familiar with whatever engine you have, the 2.8 you can reach all the injectors with nimble fingers.
