I'm still kind of new to this car I haven't had it very long or driven it very much when I went to fill it up with gas once the pump clicked and stopped I heard a slight dripping noise I look under the car and it has spilled a decent amount of gas out but it stopped relatively quick does it have some sort of overflow or is there a hole in my tank? When I got in my car my needle was slightly past the full mark

I would imagine your fill hose or vent tube are loose or damaged.. I would remove your drivers side inner fender (6 or seven screws ) and inspect the hoses to make sure everything is tight and undamaged. If everything there looks good get under the car and check them to the tank. If you still haven't found the leak leave the inner fender off and top up the tank and observe where it leaks. be careful with the fuel as we don't want any fire. sleek

This is the first time it is spilled any and it didn't spill that much it only happened when the tank was completely full I doubt it would start a fire but I will still try to check it out thank you

Sorry I forgot to mention that it seemed to be leaking around under the passenger side seat

If the leak is coming from the passanger side of the car it most likely has a hole at the very top of the tank, as there are no lines or anything that runs along that side of the car. The filler neck is on the drivers side, and all of the gas lines run along the top of the tank, straight backwards. Your best bet is to drop the tank and look if any lines are puntured or if you have a hole in the tank itself.
Thankfully dropping the tank is very very easy in this car due to its shape and size, but I would recommend driving the car a little bit to drain the tank, or prepare to be covered in gasoline by the time you get in on the ground

If your leaking fuel on the passenger side of the car, you have an 87 or 88. The vapor canister is located behind the passenger side B pillar. You'll have to check the tubing across that side of the engine bay and pull the Passenger rear wheel well liner and look up and forward. there shouldn't be liquid fuel there, unless someone kept pumping after the nozzle clicks off. The fuel filter and fuel lines running to the engine are on the passenger side of the fuel tank, below the chassis torque member that runs laterally across the firewall at the bottom.

It only leaked when it filled to the very top so I doubt it would be a supply line
