1988 parking brake CABLE routing ? (Page 1/1) |

it rubs on wheel, so I routed it like this temporarily, see pic
just looping it causes wheel rub also adjusting parking brake does not seem to affect the drivers side[This message has been edited by ZaraSpOOk (edited 04-08-2021).]

Excellent! Thanks for posting that picture. I've always wondered why my 88 has that rubbing problem . If the original poster wants to buy one from a forum member I would like to be second in line. Or do people just rig one up?[This message has been edited by Notorio (edited 04-12-2021).]

I thought those hangers were something I rigged up to hang the brake lines from while dropping the cradle gettin old, short memory problem solved THANKS!!!

Looks like a pretty easy make your own with a wiry piece of metal.
