I would to know the dimensions of the special shouldered exhaust bolt.
Length of shoulder?
Diameter of shoulder?
Thread size? M8x1.25?

Thanks. I just ordered the Dormant 03126 bolts. The reason I asked for dimensions was because I was considering making my own from a standard bolt with a sleeve around it. I'll try the Dormant part. Obviously easier.

You can count pixels on the Dorman photo to estimate dimensions.

I probably wouldn't do it exactly the same, I would have a longer threaded section to more easily engage the nut without having to compress the spring too much.
