Question! I am replacing the slave cylinder on an 86 GT 4speed... The clutch lever has about 1/2 inch play in it.. (the play is inside)... Is this normal? It does drive and shift fine... I am replacing the slave because it leaks.... Thanks in advance!

Once the slave cylinder is removed from the transmission, it is normal to feel some play in the clutch release lever.
