So here i am in my swap. Cuppla questions - see all the pink wires from the motor looking for power? Are they all looking for hot in run? Where do i get hot in run 12V, and for that matter hot at all times 12V ???

A whole bunch of wires, but i only find a cuppla wires from the ECM on the 3800. What am i missing here?
