if Cruise speed is 120kh egt Temp 900+ Water Temp 94. If Cruise speed is 140-150 egt Temp 1000c Water Temp 94.
Is it safe egt Temp 980c to Cruise speed for 3-4 Hours
The vehicle travels 380 kilometers on 70 liters

I drove my Fiero for about two hours at 110 km/h, and the y-pipe, turbine housing, and discharge pipe all had a faint red glow. It was a dark night; I don't think the glow would be visible in daytime. I don't have an EGT probe on my car.
So I think that some amount of heat is normal with sustained highway driving.
I don't know if it's appropriate to use calculated catalyst temperature as a proxy for EGT. Do you want to know if you're going to overheat exhaust valves?[This message has been edited by pmbrunelle (edited 07-03-2020).]

Yes I am afraid that I will overheat exhaust valve.
the 3.9l do not have egr it is vvt-egr.

If you're using a stock tune on a stock engine, there's zero chance you'll overheat an exhaust valve, unless there's a manufacturing defect in the valve. OBD Catalyst Temperature is ESTIMATED based on a mathematical model of the heat flows in the stock exhaust system. The more things in your system that differ from the stock system, the wronger the estimated catalyst temperature will be. Catalyst temp frequently exceeds EGT because the catalyst "burns" the unburned hydrocarbons in the exhaust.
