Got a few parts that I have sand blasted, and tried to paint. The primer went on a few parts a few months ago with no problems, but lately, I have tried to paint some new parts and the primer is not going on smoothly. It ends up bumpy, and the paint just crumbles off when I rub it, even after several hours of drying. Notice the small particles on my fingers.

Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong? Is the humidity too high? Am I spraying too far away? Too close? The same spray can was used to spray the pieces that turned out good, as the one that sprayed the pieces that turned out crappy

Looks like the paint is setting up before it gets to the part. Try a new spray nozzle or getting closer.
