Need help identifying this electrical connector (Page 1/1)

Not sure what this is for, or if it's important. It's an electrical connector on 2 green wires, coming out of the same harness wrap as the connector for the radiator fan. If anybody knows what it is let me know please. Thanks in advance

Sorry. Can't make it out. I only have v6's. I am having trouble recognizing the engine. Is this a 4 cylinder?

What year?
Is this perhaps an 84 and someone changed from the 2-speed fan switch to a new single speed switch?
They likely would have just spliced the new pigtail into the existing wiring.

What the 2-speed fan switch would normally be.

Sorry I forgot to include information. 1985 2.5 isuzu 5 spd. I noticed it when I was replacing the radiator fan switch (on the far side of the motor near the spark plugs)

Dk Green, Lt Grn, or both? (Either w/ blk stripe on side.)

Red plug is likely for "extra" 2 speed rad fan switch that 85 I4 cars don't have.
See my Cave, Rad Fan

GM and others have made many harnesses w/ "extra" plugs because cheaper for them.
Many or all l4 engines can use fan plugs and just install the right plug(s) on the motor in the factory.
These are made in batches and dealing w/ Many Thousands of parts. Make minor changes can cost more then have "extra" plugs/wires for trim level etc car is build for.
