Has anyone removed the HVAC Blend Door Actuator? Has anyone tested that Actuator by applying direct power?
I see the Actuator can be removed if a clip is removed from the inside of the air box, to release the two linkage rods, but it appears to be difficult to remove, and probably even more so to reconnect for the install.
Maybe Put "12v" light bulb in circuit in series so if door(s) jam won't fry the motor etc. Real normal bulb Not LED etc.
