Any ideas on getting the driver door open when the inside and outside handles have detached and the door is unlocked but closed?

Inside handle can break at the "lever" just below the trim. Trim is held by 1 or 2 "hidden" screws. Pull the trim then pry/pull the broken part forward to pull the latch rod.
Otherwise likely have to pull the seat to pull inside door trim w/o wrecking it. (Remove front seat nuts, move seat to front, then back nuts.) Then mess w/ the latch itself.
