Good morning, can anyone tell me if there is a difference between the two other than the electrical connector?
Motor and harness is Series 2 with a series 3 fuel rail. Is there any advantage to sticking with the ev6's and replacing the connectors in the harness? Or just run the ev1's in the series 3 rail?
Thanks!

AFAIK, the 3800SC series II and series III injectors are the same save for the connectors. I might us the later EV6 injectors as they are newer but either should work as well. An EV1 to EV6 connector adapter is also available ------------------ " THE BLACK PARALYZER" -87GT 3800SC Series III engine, custom ZZP /Frozen Boost Intercooler setup, 3.4" Pulley, Northstar TB, LS1 MAF, 3" Spintech/Hedman Exhaust, P-log Manifold, Autolite 104's, MSD wires, Custom CAI, 4T65eHD w. custom axles, Champion Radiator, S10 Brake Booster, HP Tuners VCM Suite. "THE COLUSSUS" 87GT - ALL OUT 3.4L Turbocharged engine, Garrett Hybrid Turbo, MSD ign., modified TH125H " ON THE LOOSE WITHOUT THE JUICE "

Thanks for the input Dennis.
Some information on the injectors from another forum;
Stock 97-03 GTP (Bosch P/N 0280155811) : 33.7 Lb/Hr @ 3.0 bar Stock 04-05 GTP (Bosch P/N 0280156201) : 33.3 Lb/Hr @ 3.0 bar
Essentially the same thing, aside from the connectors. For ease of wiring and the fact shipping is so painfully slow I'll stick with the EV1'S. Next bit of research is to find out if the internals are the same.
