Tcc solenoid clip!!!😔😲☹HELP (Page 1/1) |

I'm in the process of replacing all my solenoids the other three went fine but while I'm doing my TCC which is the only one I actually need to do I can't clip out there's no clearance for the clip to slide out not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the Tolerance on the valve body isn't right in the part is it set too far over and that's why I don't have the clearance any help would be greatly appreciated I'm going nuts

That's what I was afraid of, I don't have the trans out of the car. I just made room and slid the cover over a few inches to do the solenoids. [This message has been edited by lowtrickry (edited 05-07-2020).]

Id that strait forward? Once i get the cover all the way off can I just unholy the pump cover and remove clip to replace acc then bolt it back on or is it gonna open up a can of worms? Thank you for your help

Straight forward. The pump is an assembly. Remove the bolts, then pull the pump back, change the solenoid. You may have to wiggle the pump a little to engage the spline on the pump drive going back on. Marc
