A search of the forum led me to one thing: the best place to get replacement floor plugs is your local Pontiac dealer. Lol.
I'd resigned myself to just cutting something out of sheet steel, when I found this

Anyone tried it? How's the long-term survival rate of these?

Printing with the right type of plastic, it probably could last a lifetime.

It looks like the steel ones click into the floor pan, is that how they work?

The TV page suggests printing in TPU, which is a flexible filament... fairly dense rubber, likely very similar to the original. Can be a PITA to print depending on your printer, but doable.
