Steering Wheel Alignment (Page 1/1)

I just replaced the clutch in my 1986 2.5L. Now the steering wheel is out of alignment. Is this common? I am thinking that we may have put the engine back in a little out of square with the rest of the car. It is not pulling and is to be rolling down the road very straight.

Likely Rear wheel alignment is out for whatever reason making you crab and S-wheel seem off.

If tried to align, shop mess up. Return to shop and tell them.

But before that... Try driving on open parking lot.
Because Can be the road(s) causing same issue.

If you left the struts attached to the car you probably disturbed the rear alignment and it crabs as Ogre described. Also, if the rear tie rod end was loosened you could have the same problem if it wasn't set back exactly the same.
