I made the bad decision to tamper with the clutch arm and have regretted it ever since. Although unsuccessful, I decided to loosen the nut and pry on the factory clutch arm to try to remove it. Luckily, no damage to the clutch arm occurred or any other component. My question is, can the clutch arm move on the fork? I am not getting enough travel to disengage the clutch but I am maxing out the slave cylinder. Does the clutch arm only go on the fork one way due to a notch or something?

Thank you in advance

As I recall on mine the shaft is notched so the bolt will pass thru to accept the nut. So the arm will only go on one way. If you're not getting enough travel you may have air in the lines or a bad slave cylinder or master.

How far is "maxing out"? If it's not at least 1-1/8", there are issues somewhere.
