Does anyone know which wires go to the small post on starter? I have a 86gt. The only wires I could find near the starter are wires with larger hoops that only fit on the smaller post. I replaced the starter and don’t remember how the wires went. Now the cars has power to everything but won’t start unless I jump the solenoid.

Those wires are all ground wires and should be attached to the bellhousing to block bolts.
DO NOT HOOK UP TO STARTER!
