Has anybody had to replace/ repair a leaking water jacket? I have a small leak a couple of drops a week underneath. How serious is this problem and repair? If its difficult to fix what am i likely to pay someone so im not getting ripped off???

where did your diagnosis come from? If the freeze plugs are leaking, that's not a big deal, but are there cracks in the block or a bad head gasket? .....bigger deal.

Not sure exactly yet. Waiting for my mechanic to get back from vacation. Will investigate further in a week or so when the oil pan gasket gets repalced.
