Hello,
I Will try to reset my idle stop screw and I Will follow This procedure (v6 engine) Ogre cave reset idle stop procedure
My question is if the engine must be cold or warm (into closed loop mode). Because if I start the engine when it's cold can i start it without iac ?
Thank you.[This message has been edited by zobari (edited 12-09-2019).]

Don't think Directions doesn't say in FSM etc. but not digging thru them right now to check. I would wait for engine is warm because ECM wants IAC to boost idle when engine is cold. Is common to see ~ 1500 to 2200RPM weather temp under 10°C. Is colder like ~ 0°C then more RPM like ~ 2200 until you push the throttle pedal later. Even then may not idle "normally" until engine is warm enough.
But you need to make sure if IAC etc isn't the main issue or resetting the idle stop will be problems and car won't idle right or stall. Plus butterfly should never be closed fully. If you do, then butterfly can get stuck or damage the TB. Being able to close all the way mean has vacuum leak or other problems leaking air passed/"below" the TB.
V6 EGR and other vacuum operated things can fail and some are hard to find. See my Cave, Vac Leaks for a starting point.------------------ Dr. Ian Malcolm: Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. (Jurassic Park)

OK Thanks.
I've checked et no vaccum leak the idle stop screw is not sealed. I've change some sensors (iac, map. 02 sensor, Iat..)
I have a cold idle at 1500 rpm Warm ilde at 1150-1100rpm (a bit high for me) .
I would like to get 900-950 rpm for the warm idle.

It doesn't hurt to rest the ECM any time you change sensors. Just disconnect ECM power for a few seconds. Look around the battery area and the C500 power connector.
