Stock 2.8 with few upgrades VS the same engine with the Supernatural kit (Intake, heads and cam)
114WHP vs 165WHP @ 6000RPM
94WTQ vs 146WTQ @ 6000RPM
Last dyno on the Supernatural 2.8 on a Mustang dyno.
170WHP & 164WTQ with a newer short runner Supernatural intake.
As you can see I've been going to the same dyno for years to keep the consistency and see my improvements

This thread reminds me of Québec license plates:
The meaning of the phrase "Je me souviens" is kind of vague, but I interpret it to mean: I remember where we come from / what we used to be.
