3800sc I mounts on 88 cradle. Tell me something. (Page 1/1) sourmash DEC 05, 02:24 PM This 88 cradle had a 3800sc Series I engine and Isuzu trans mounted. 1) Can you tell by the images how complete this mounting setup is? 2) There are 3 rubber mounts shown but not shown is another mount removed while pulling the engine & trans. 3) Was something generic and readily available mounted to each rubber mount? Because I need to track down the parts removed pmbrunelle DEC 05, 07:14 PM The transmission mounts in the 2nd pic appear to be stock Fiero, so it stands to reason that stock Fiero Isuzu transmission brackets would bolt to them. The engine mount in the 1st pic appears to be stock Fiero. It would have needed a custom-made metal bracket to adapt to the 3800. Typically, you would also need a dogbone in addition to these three mounts. sourmash DEC 05, 07:31 PM Ok, thanks. Yeah there's a dogbone and another bracket which is what I'm trying to locate.
