Tyler, you have a big job in front of you. Why is the battery in the trunk?
The connector with all the bright wires in front of the fuse box is not stock.

First step is to check the ignition switch operation. Is the linkage to the switch on the steering column in place?

I-switch can move if 2 bolts get even a little loose. Link between I-switch and Key on Tilt columns can bend or break inside them. Example in my Cave, Steering
