The 5/16"(guessing) L shaped coming out of the intake right by the distributor is splitting, anyone know the part number or where I can get one like it?

Check the HELP rack at the parts store. You may also find one by rummaging through cars at the junk yard. Dorman or Fastenal should have something.

Tried that first, went to NAPA and the guy was nice enough to rummage through their catalog and he found nothing.

Try dormanproducts.com then get thru local parts stores Not NAPA that often only sells "NAPA" parts. ------------------ Dr. Ian Malcolm: Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. (Jurassic Park)

So the connector is not made anymore, according to AC Delco book. So I got hard plastic elbows with different sizes on each end (forgot the sizes) and a mixed set of straight hose rubber connectors and used those to replace the rubber L connector.
As an FYI for future users in my predicament.
