Have the new water pump installed. What do I use to clean out the coolant system with all the " gunk" ?? Want to flush out the old before adding new coolant. Looks like a lot of gunk, possibly stop leak was added. Heard everything from dish, laundry soap, and or vinegar, What works the best to clean the system.

Just a "Flush kit" does work for basic job for many. If possible don't cut hose to install. Use short added hose plus kit, flush, then remove both after.
Also reFilling is Not using 50/50 mix. System traps water after even if you get all drains open and will major weaken 50/50 mix. Let me make sure I understand this...even if you drain the coolant from the drain plugs on the bottom of *both* cooling pipes, there’s still enough water remaining to dilute the refilled mix??
FYI, when I drain coolant I also remove both caps to be sure there’s no back pressure anywhere.

Yes.
Fiero Pipes and Rad drains doesn't drain the rad, heater, and engine enough to load 50/50 premix in the system. They can easily hold 30 - 50% of rated capacity w/ plain water. And Not just a Fiero only issue. Most engines and heat loops hold a lot of water after flushing. Many Engine have drains too but hard to access them. Even if you find them, they don't get enough water out to then load 50/50 mix in it.
Fiero Rad Drain allows more water then most because the drain isn't lowest point on it. Many don't even try to drain there trapping more water because of right pipe and hose design. Many jack the back of Fiero to drain the pipes trapping more water. If you must jack to access the drain plug, drop the jack to drain the pipes.
If you have loaded w/ 50/50 mix then use a cheap coolant tester. I doubt your even close to freeze/boil specs on the package. Weak coolant can freeze or boil easy but also allows corrosion and wear problems. Wear? Coolant products have seal lube/protection for the Water Pump.
