Replacing the Small Ground Effects Panel. (Page 1/1)

Its time to replace the small section of the rear ground effects panel that is on the driver side quarter panel (fender) . On first look it appears that the entire ground effects must be removed to get that panel in place. I hope this is not the case but for those that have replaced it ; is there a way to replace this small ground effects panel without removing the entire set of panels?

You must pull the rocker panel to access the bottom latches.

That's what I thought, but to remove the rockers (ground effects) I believe the center section and both front and rear small panel must be removed with it. Guess that I am going to be cutting and drilling out some rivets.
