Ok- this a stupid situation; My two old motors tried to catch fire running on- so I pulled them out...Now I an installing the 87-88 system- have all the wiring in...But I can NOT figure out how that linkage goes in on the motor. Does anyone have a good pic of it (And probably both up and down- not sure how the new motor is clocked at the moment (I guess I could manually turn it to a different clocking.......)

This is with the headlight retracted to the down position. That linkage would be in the same position with all years.

Thank you sir- That solved the problem (Usually I can figure stuff out but that linkage is very confusing (At least to me!)

Yes, it is. I've put a few back together with that little triangular piece cranked the wrong way.
